Our contact cleaning team will come to your premises at a prearranged time and unobtrusively maintain your premises to pristine conditions. This includes all windows, floors, powerpoints, skirtings, etc. All our cleaning staff are vetted and supervised at all times.
- Pre-Occupational Cleaning
Our team will come into your new home or factory prior to occupation and spring-clean your premises. The detail of cleaning will be dictated by an inspection to ascertain the extent required.

- Hi Pressure Cleaning
All surfaces - including walls, floors, roofs, facia boards, gutters, driveways and garage floors - are treated with special chemicals, determined by the cleaning required; be it moss, grease or other industrial soiling. After the chemical has performed its function by releasing the soiling, we apply a high pressure jet-wash to bring the surfaces back to their original condition.
- Stain Removal
We remove numerous marks and stains, but certain types of stains, particularly if they are older, may experience lesser success. This is particularly true of things like blood, rust and latex paint.
A prior appraisal of the stain will however determine the extent of anticipated success.
- Common Questions
How long does it take?
Timing depends largely on the individual job, but in general it takes 1 hour per 100 square meters on a flat surface.
How long before it is dry?
6 Hours is generally a safe period before the carpet is ready for normal day-to-day use. After 24 hours it is safe to remove any protection that we may have placed under furniture legs, etc.
During this period pets should ideally be kept off the area and it is best to wear socks or put towels down to walk on.
Do you clean carpets over wooden floors?
Our technique does not saturate the carpet backing, so it perfectly safe to clean carpets on wooden floors. If you would prefer it, we can use plastic under edges to make doubly sure that no solution can come into contact with the floor.
What should I do to prepare for a carpet to be cleaned?
Please make sure that the room is cleared of small objects, breakables, nick-knacks and general clutter. This relates to items on the floor as well as items on pieces of furniture that we will need to move. Likewise, please make sure that children and animals are away from the area while we are working.
Please note that computers, TV's, videos, DVD's and Hi-Fi's will not be moved and we suggest that these items be removed from the area prior to our arrival. We also do not move wall units or other pieces of furniture that do not have legs but rest directly on the carpet. This is because our team will not be on site to replace these pieces after the carpet has dried and, if replaced before the carpet is totally dry, this can cause damage to botht he carpet and the unit.
How often should the carpets be cleaned?
Frequency of cleaning will depend on the specific carpet, the amount of traffic it receives and the type of traffic. Generally it is a good idea to have carpets cleaned whenever the shades begin to dull or look faded. Once this fading is noticed, the sooner the carpet is cleaned, the better, to avoid the loose dirt in the carpet from causing damage to the actual fibre.
As a routine mainenance, carpets should be deep cleaned at least once a year.
